Executive Director of Robert Half's Creative Group
Diane Domeyer is executive director of The Creative Group, a specialized staffing service for interactive, design, marketing, advertising and public relations professionals. In this position, she manages operations for the firm's locations in major markets throughout the United States and Canada. Ms. Domeyer is a noted career expert and frequent presenter on hiring and management topics. She has been interviewed by numerous publications, including the Associated Press, The Wall Street Journal, and more.
Ms. Domeyer will examin what trends are driving the creative job market. Is your expertise a hot commodity? Ms. Domeyer will give an overview of the hiring environment and what today's employers seek in potential hires. She'll also discuss the importance of having a digital portfolio to land work and how to put one together.
A staffing industry veteran, Ms. Domeyer has held numerous leadership roles with Robert Half, the world's first and largest staffing firm, and parent company of The Creative Group. Her previous positions have included executive director for Technology Strategy, where she led the business arm of IT at Robert Half's corporate offices, executive director of the company's OfficeTeam division and, most recently, district president for the company's legal staffing division in the Western United States.
Ms. Domeyer has been named by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Bay Area's Most Influential women for six consecutive years. She also is on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success San Francisco and supports organizations such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Heart Association, the Women's Initiative for Self Employment and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Ms. Domeyer holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas.
