John Parker is a Senior Data Center Management professional with over 25 years of IT experience in 4 industries (Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Banking, and Software Development). Currently John manages Global Data Center Operations and Disaster Recovery at Esri. Strengths include implementing new technologies like Cloud computing and creating and managing global support teams. Professionally he resides on the Data Center Institute Board of Directors and was President of Information Technology organizations in North Carolina and Southern California for the last 15 years. John is also an accomplished speaker. His 2015 speaking engagements include; local IT Chapter meetings, the IMN Conference in New York City and California, the CDM-CIO Summit, the Digital Media Educators conference and Data Center World conferences in Las Vegas and Washington DC.
