why our world is digital

The growing digitalization of communication using tools such as virtualization, the cloud, media production, mobile devices, service management and a focus on information management and collaboration depend heavily on visual communication techniques. Where once text and audio prevailed, now info graphics, video, animation and photos are the preferred medium for expressing ideas and presenting information.
