Ben Bradley serves as a Research Manager with Burning Glass Technologies in Boston, MA, where he leads a number of research projects, primarily for education and training providers. Prior to joining Burning Glass, Ben spent a decade developing and implementing educational programming at the Posse Foundation and MIT. Ben holds a MPP in Social Policy from the Heller School at Brandeis University and a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College.

Diane Domeyer is executive director of The Creative Group, a specialized staffing service for interactive, design, marketing, advertising and public relations professionals. In this position, she manages operations for the firm's locations in major markets throughout the United States and Canada. Ms. Domeyer is a noted career expert and frequent presenter on hiring and management topics. She has been interviewed by numerous publications, including the Associated Press, The Wall Street Journal, and more.

Ms. Domeyer will examin what trends are driving the creative job market. Is your expertise a hot commodity? Ms. Domeyer will give an overview of the hiring environment and what today's employers seek in potential hires. Dr. Buckley holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from USC, a master’s in Biology from California State University, Fullerton, and a doctorate in Education from San Diego State University. His career in education began in 1990, as a professor at Grossmont College, after working fourteen years in healthcare where he was involved with clinical diagnostic procedures and coordination of clinical and statistical research.

In January 2012, Dr. Buckley became the Vice President of Instruction and Accreditation Liaison Officer for San Diego Miramar College. This position, in the San Diego Community College District, allowed him to return to his primary professional interest, guiding instructional programs, including Miramar’s School of Public Safety and the San Diego Regional Law Enforcement Training Center. In August 2013 Dr. Buckley joined College of the Canyons as the Assistant Superintendent / Vice President of Instruction, now working with business and industry, as well as instructional programs to address the educational needs of the Santa Clarita Valley.
