Personality Profiling = Job Fit? is built on the premise of self-assessment and understanding. This can be reflected in which career path pursued, companies focused upon and degree of engagement.
Educated in England, he attained an advanced degree in Career Guidance. Has trained and lectured on the practicalities and methodologies of employment and career transitioning, as well as professional-development throughout the United States during his tenure as a Senior Executive with Bernard Haldane Associates. Furthermore John has held the positions of Career Services Coordinator for the Braille Insititue of America and Director of Career Services, ITT Technical Institute, Sylmar Campus. John as also been mentioned and documented in two national studies “Best Practices in the United States” for assisting people secure employment opportunities.
Also, John has contributed in establishing hiring practices incorporating occupational assessments as well as developing job-related normative-profiles for companies such as Baskin Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, Countrywide Funding and Rita’s Waterices.
