Editing of footage, whether it be originated on video or film, is a combination of high tech and aesthetic precision and timing. Scott Greene, an award winning filmmaker/editor, discusses and presents a hands-on workshop for Adobe Premiere, one of the primary systems used in Hollywood, the industrial film world, and by home users daily. The program is both comprehensive and easy to use, as Scott walks us through its interface and explains how non-linear editing can be accomplished. He also touches on editing aesthetics. In this demonstration, Scott will present the "grand tour" method of teaching, which focuses on introducing students to what the program can do before any hands on instruction takes place.
Scott Greene is an award winning filmmaker and long time Adobe Creative Suite instructor.
